Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. This promotion is run by HONG KONG UGREEN LIMITED, 19H Wan Di Plaza, 3 Tai Yu Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong (Company Registration No. 70057930), represented by Qingsen Zhang, Director ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who claim a voucher at the UGREEN stand at BST Hyde Park 2026. One voucher per person. While stocks last (5,000 vouchers available).
3. The offer. Each voucher gives £5 off your total order at Argos, with no minimum spend, when the order includes one or more qualifying UGREEN accessories. The £5 is applied once to the order total — not to each item. Qualifying products are selected UGREEN accessories at Argos; the discount is applied at the Argos checkout.
4. Validity. Voucher codes are valid from 27 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 inclusive.
5. How to claim. Scan the QR code, enter your name and email address, and your unique code is shown on screen and emailed to you.
6. Use of codes. Each code is unique, single-use and non-transferable. Codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount (non-stackable), have no cash value or cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. One code per customer.
7. Redemption at Argos. Codes are redeemed at Argos and are subject to Argos's own terms, product availability and stock. The Promoter is not responsible for the Argos website, checkout, delivery or product availability. Argos reserves the right to refuse or decline any voucher that is invalid, expired, already redeemed, or presented in breach of these terms.
8. Fair use. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or void codes obtained fraudulently, through automated means, or in breach of these terms, and to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.
9. Data protection. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Notice.
10. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
